Due to the continued lockdowns in NSW and VIC there are a record number of people shopping online and this has caused an unprecedented surge in parcel deliveries across the national courier network, and this is contributing to the delivery delays we are experiencing.

COVID outbreaks across the delivery network have resulted in the temporary shutdown of parcel processing facilities, and this has also lead to teams having to self-isolate in accordance with the relevant state regulations.
